Need assistance to reactivate my account after deactivating. I have switched devices and the online step by step is not helping.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

In checking your license purchase, I can see that you have a version 13 license. 
To successfully use this license on the new machine, please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 13. You can find the installer from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.  

Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you can activate it by launching the application and then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter your version 13 serial number and then click Activate.
