In checking your records, I can see that you have a version 13 license. To successfully use this license, please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 13. Installing other versions like Nitro PDF Pro 14 will not allow you to activate using this license. To check which version is installed on your computer, open the application and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version is not Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x, please uninstall and then install version 13 using the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
