It shows up as the following: nitro_pro14.exe I also went to the following link: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads And it downloads the same file, which can't be opened. In checking your recent license purchase, it appears that you have purchased the Nitro PDF Pro for Windows instead of the Mac version. Please be aware that the Nitro PDF Pro activation process is unique for each supported Operating System, Windows and MacOS. Thus, any License provisioned for Nitro PDF Pro on Windows cannot be used on MacOS and vice versa. Furthermore, the latest version of Nitro PDF Pro for Mac is still on version 13. If the license you purchase is for Mac and not Windows, you can request to refund for that order and when done, you can purchase a new order which is Nitro PDF Pro for Mac.
