Unable to reactivate PDF Nitro

I recently installed the Sharepoint extension on my device. I couldn't make the files open in Nitro (from a browser), so looked at forums and someone suggested that the Sharepoint app was not compatible with the exe version and to install the msi version. So I did. I can now open Sharepoint files from a browser, but my activation key won't be accepted so I can't edit any files. 

My current msi version is 13.70.7.60. I believe the older exe version was a 13.64 or 13.69.

The serial number is 504***********710 (I believe this is redacted before posting?).

I'd appreciate assistance on how to make this work.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

You may have installed the edition that requires a license file to activate the software. 
On your Nitro PDF Pro, when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro and then click Activate, do you see a 'Load from File' button? 

What is the exact error message you get when you attempt to activate using the serial number 504***********710?

Hi Reymund,

I do see a 'Load from File' button. I don't have a license file though, my manager purchased subscriptions and just sent us the codes. 

When I enter the serial number (which actually is 504************108, I had a typo before) I get the message 'Invalid serial number'.

Hi @Emily Kell

Please uninstall your existing installation and then install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer that I have sent to you here via direct message. The installer requires a version 13 serial number and you should be able to activate it.
