Sian Rickards Posted August 30, 2023 Report Share Posted August 30, 2023 I have purchased a new computer as the old one has died. I had upgraded from version 8 to version 10. I cannot get into the old computer to get the current serial number and the email with the information on the updated serial number only has a link which is now out of date. I have the original serial number from the very first email for version 8 but I expect there is a higher price for an upgrade from such and old version.
