Nitro PDF Pro (EXPIRED TRIAL) while I have a valid license

Greetings,

Whenever I install NitroPro on any machine, I face a (Expired Trial) issue, while I'm already logged in with a licensed account. I sort this out by going to Registry Editor and enable NLS folder.

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Nitro\PDF Pro\14\settings\NLS

This solves my issue, but it's not possible for me to do this on every single machine. Is there a way to fix this issue permanently? Your support is appreciated.

Kind regards,

Rasan Beea

Greetings @Rasan Beea

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!
We apologize for the delay in checking your post.

It seems that you have installed an Enterprise, Business, or Retail edition which requires a license to get activated.
In checking your account, I can see that the subscription is in NLS (Nitro Licensing System) where the activation is based on NLS.

I recommend uninstalling your existing installation and then installing the NLS edition so you can activate it after logging in to Nitro Sign. Please reach out to your account Nitro Admin for the Nitro PDF Pro NLS installer.

Kind regards,
