Jenny Nguyễn Posted August 31, 2023 Report Share Posted August 31, 2023 Hi there, I seem to have lost my license key for my Nitro Pro 13. Is it able to please email to me? I think I have 2 licenses. One for Nitro Pro 11, and 13. I have the one for 11, but can't find the other one. It's possible that we signed up the Nitro 13 pro to another to Jayne's email from our organization. Could you please provide the email address you used to purchase the Nitro PDF Pro 13 license? Please note that I did not find a version 13 license purchase under your email address.
