No response to previous ticket - Vs. 13

Training Manager

I submitted a request two days ago for assistance, but still have not had a response.  However, other forums uses who have submitted questions after mine have been responded to?

I have received a new lap top and I can't reactivate my vs 13 Nitro Pro.  I have 2 activations allowed and I have deactivated all users.

Keep getting the message

Serial number does not exist.

Please help!

I apologize for the delay and inconvenience this issue has caused. 

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with activating Nitro PDF Pro. 
An activation issue will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate. 

Since you have a version 13 serial number, please ensure that you have Nitro PDF Pro version 13 installed on your computer. 

To check which version is installed on the computer, launch Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If the version does not match the license's version, please uninstall and then install the appropriate Nitro PDF Pro version. 

The Nitro PDF Pro installer (versions 13 and 14) can be located from the link below:
