New pc with windows 11 and my nitro pro 13 will not re activate.  I am told my email and password is incorrect but I know otherwise. I am climbing the wall with frustration. HELP

My cleverbridge ref no. is 26*****1

WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO HELP ME?

I have a new pc and after re installing Niro your activation code keeps telling me it  is in correct. I have checked it against your e mail to me on 1st March 2021 and IT IS CORRECT.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF MY SERIAL NUMBER

I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. 

In checking the license purchase under your email address, I can see that you have a version 13 license. 

Please note that the activation of your Nitro PDF Pro is based on the serial number that was provided to you. To activate, open Nitro PDF Pro 13 and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro, and then click Activate. From there, enter your serial number and then click Activate. 
Furthermore, the login option in the application is for the integration of Nitro Sign.
