I am climbing the wall with frustration. HELP My cleverbridge ref no. is 26*****1 from L. I have a new pc and after re installing Niro your activation code keeps telling me it is in correct. I have checked it against your e mail to me on 1st March 2021 and IT IS CORRECT. I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. In checking the license purchase under your email address, I can see that you have a version 13 license. Please note that the activation of your Nitro PDF Pro is based on the serial number that was provided to you. To activate, open Nitro PDF Pro 13 and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro, and then click Activate. From there, enter your serial number and then click Activate.
