upgrade pro from v13 to v14

Hi, I attempted to use your upgrade tool (https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade) but it tells me that it cannot validate my licence and to reach out to you here.

Can you advise of an upgrade route/price. My license is: 504************776

Please access again our Upgrade Page and then try to upgrade your serial number.

Hi Reymund, Nitro 13 had been working well for me until about a week ago when I was not able to convert emails to PDF. I uninstalled Nitro thinking I would reinstall. However it will not let accept my Licence number. I wont put my licence number ......1857  here on the forum for privacy reasons but my email address is poet@bellingen.com  please assist

Please note that your serial number that ends with 1857 is a version 13 license.
You should be able to activate using this license as long as you install Nitro PDF Pro 13. 

The Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the link below:
