Client Services Posted August 31, 2023 Report Share Posted August 31, 2023 (edited) We have paid for Nitro PDF Pro but keep receiving a notification saying trial has expired, and we are unable to use certain features. Serial number 504***********573. Any assistance would be great as this has been an ongoing issue with our subscriptions, and we are really getting over it. Please note that your Nitro PDF Pro license (purchased last December 2022) is not based on a subscription and it was a one-time payment. Also, the provided serial number is not complete due to a missing digit at the end which is 8. The complete serial number is 504***********5738. To activate Nitro PDF Pro, please ensure that you have Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you can successfully activate it. If needed, the Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the ' Download Nitro Pro 13' link. To activate Nitro PDF Pro 13, launch the application and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter your version 13 license, and then click Activate.
