Unable to activate my Licence

Computer crashed and I had to reinstall Nitro.

Unfortunately, with my serial number submitted it returns an error "serial number is incorrect, please return back and check"

I have filled the submit ticket, it and it guides me to check serial number which it verifies with the number of active users...but no ticket is issued via email for follow up and activation.

I need help urgently.

I have the same issue as the original comment. 

I get the message "The serial number entered does not exist".

I have filled the submit ticket, it and it guides me to check serial number which it verifies with 2 users none of which are active...but no ticket is issued via email for follow up and activation.

Please help.
