Activation of Nitrp Pro

Unable to activate Nitro Pro after windows reset. Kindly help, as it shows serial number is not activated

Kindly provide your Nitro PDF Pro serial number here so we can check its status and activation records.

Hello, I tried to upgrade to a newer version of Nitro PDF Pro and it started to run in trial mode.  I tried to enter my serial number to activate it and it gives me an error.  I am not sure what I am doing wrong.  504************621   I can look up the serial number and it says I have 2 licenses left?

In checking your serial number 504************621, I can see that this is a version 13 license. To successfully activate using this license, please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro version 13. 
To locate which version is installed on the computer, launch the application and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version is not Nitro Pro 13, please uninstall and then install version 13 using the installer from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you should be able to activate it using the serial number 504************621.
