Unable to activate Nitro Pro on new computer

Hi.

I purchased Nitro Pro 12 in 2019. I recently purchased a new computer and I can’t activate Nitro Pro on this. I’ve tried:

- Copying the program files from the old computer and reinstalling Nitro Pro 12 on the new computer but I get an activation error. I have then tried to use your support section on your website and it advises me to click “deactivate”. However it won’t allow me to deactivate plus my license entitles me to have the software installed on 2 computers so I shouldn’t need to deactivate since it’s only installed on one.

- Downloading and installing NitroPro 13, since NitroPro 12 is no longer supported, however when I enter the activation code into NitroPro 13 it says it doesn’t exist.

Please advise how I can resolve this issue?

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 12 and older versions. These versions have reached the End of Life (see Sunset Policy) and their activation servers have been shut down.
