Tejas Shah Posted September 4, 2023 Report Share Posted September 4, 2023 I have just switched to a new PC and wanted to transfer my license, but your activation support ticket page says, "please select device to deactivate" but it doesn't show any device to select. You do not have any email where I can send my request. I wish someone in your team could help me resolve this. I am happy to share my activation number and any other details required.
