Serial number not working

I have used Nitro for many years, and I now have a new computer.  Nitro is no longer on any of my computers.  When I try to activate Nitro on my new computer the message says my Serial number is not valid. 

According to your website, my license allows 2 activations, but it is showing 0.

How do I activate the license I have already paid for?

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall the version you installed.
And then get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.

I am a long-time user of Nitro PDF Pro. In February 2022, I upgraded my Nitro PDF Pro 12 to Nitro PDF Pro 13 with a bonus to upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14 when it came out. I installed ver 13 and worked with it. Now that Nitro PDF Pro 14 is available, I cannot activate it after installing the trial version. Says my license number is invalid. How do I activate the license I paid for over 17 months ago?

Please get the version 14 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

On the web page, please enter your serial number and follow the provided instructions. This will enable you to obtain a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key along with the necessary installation files.
