Activation Certificate

I'm trying to activate Nitro Pro 13 on a new computer. I installed it and followed the directions until the activation certificate window popped up. I got to the website (gonitro.com/activation), but when I attempt to generate a certificate it has an error (Invalid Data). I even deactivated Nitro Pro 13 on my old computer thinking that might be the issue. Now I have no working Nitro Pro on any computer. Please assist.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Hi there, 

I tried this and the same issue persists. I downloaded the v13 installer you linked me to and the same issue is happening. It requires an activation certificate from the website I mentioned in the initial post. The pop is supposed to have a pre-generated certificate, but it's blank so I can't paste anything into the webpage. The webpage won't generate a certificate due to the error message and the serial number doesn't work if I try inputting it in the area that the certificate information would go.

Can you provide further assistance? I would really like to avoid buying a new version of the software since this should continue to work.

Hello @Thuy Vo

Can you please try the following for me:

1. Download our latest Clean Up utility: https://www.gonitro.com/support/tools/cleanup-utility-list
(NOTE: This will remove any custom signatures / stamps. Let me know if these need to be backed up)
2. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't properly run from within the zip)
3. Run the utility
4. Delete all previously downloaded installers.
5. Reboot
6. Download and install version from here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads

Then try activating again.
