I'm trying to reactivate my NitroPro on my new computer after my old computer crashed. I go to the page to deactivate & then reactivate but when I click deactivate it wants me to select a device or something like that & there's nothing to select.

Greetings @Ashley Anderson

I apologize for the delay in getting back to your update in this post.

In checking the provided serial number, I can see that it is a version 9 license.
Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 12 and older versions as these versions have reached the End of Life (see Sunset Policy) and their activation servers have been shut down.

To upgrade to the latest version with a discounted price, please visit our Upgrade page at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade

We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements and many feature enhancements, particularly in Conversion, OCR, and Accessibility functions.

Kind regards,

Thanks for the response finally! It's crazy that it took you 3 weeks to respond! We have chosen to no longer use NitroPro as the customer service is not up to par any longer. We run a business & can't wait weeks for replies & then not have a working program. We have switched to Adobe, as they are amazing w/ support, etc. & their program actually does more & flows better than NitroPro ever did. Your loss not ours! Have a great day & good luck w/ keeping customers w/ the terrible customer service!
