Purchase wrong version

Meant to purchase 2 licenses for Mac, accidentally purchased 2 licenses for Windows. Obviously the licenses don't work to activate on my users macs. Can I get license codes for Mac or do I have to request a refund and then repurchase the correct version? Cleverbridge reference number:
