I understand that version 12 is out of production from other posts, but when I tried to use the upgrade link that was posted for another user, I get an error "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our and update us with your issue."
