New computer & Nitro Pro says my serial number isn't valid yet it's off my original purchase email

I need help to install Nitro Pro onto new Windows 11 laptop, please. 

My serial number (as per original purchase email) is invalid. It is: 234***-******-***969

Gosh! V14 is very different to V12! It will take some learning.....

How many computers can I activate my upgrade on? I still use my older laptop, I just don't travel with it anymore.
