We have a subscription based Nitro PRO 14 license and was not given a Serial Number or a .lic file.

I have installed the Business version of Nitro Pro 14 but is getting an "Expired Trial" even after logging in with an account with activate subscription.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program - deleted everything in Nitro related in ProgramData and Appdata
