Change screen (ribbon & menus) font size

How do I change the tiny fonts in the ribbon and menus to be a readable size in Nitro Pro 14? I've already followed the suggestion of changing the properties of the Nitro Pro PDF shortcut but it had no effect. I can't find a way to either chat with or send a ticket to Support. I've searched the user manual and community forum. I can't think of another app that I use that doesn't allow me to easily change the screen font size.

I've recently switched back to Nitro Pro after trying Adobe Acrobat for a few months. I used Nitro Pro ver. 7 through 13 and loved it. I tried it because it looked like it would more than meet all my needs (which it did) and cost less than Adobe Acrobat. However, the cost kept going up until I felt there was no longer much of an advantage over Adobe Acrobat so I switched. I found Acrobat clunky and switched back to Nitro Pro, but am beginning to regret it.
