We purchased Nitro Sign Essentials and wanted to upgrade to the next level for added features.  Apparently there is no such thing as an in-place upgrade and they cancelled our old Fn account and we lost all the documents that were waiting for signatures as well as all the old documents that were signed WTF!!!!!!!
