I found a very old topic from 2018 which said this feature wasn't available back then but I'm just wondering if this has been rolled out now? You can create a PDF with a flattened stamp and then use the PDF option in Watermark to apply that PDF (as watermark) to all the pages. I made a screen recording to demonstrate the workflow.
