Free upgrade from Nitro pro 13 to 14 offered but then charge requested.

I received an email on 18th May offering a free upgrade from version 13 to version 14 (which was part of the deal when I purchased version 13). However when I followed the link in the email, Nitro wished to charge me over £90 for the "free" upgrade. How do I get the free upgrade promised on the purchase of version 13?
