Jonas Meyer Posted September 14, 2023 Report Share Posted September 14, 2023 Hey there, i cannot activate my nitro 13. even though i deactivated my license on https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal the actual activation ends in "there was a problem with the activition certificate" (dont know the actual message in english, mine was in german) can you help me? you'll find my serialnumber with my e-mail. thank you!! I can confirm that you have an active version 13 serial number. Please check if you are running the latest build which is 13.70.7.60. The details can be found when you launch the application and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If your installation is not on the latest build, please update to 13.70.7.60 by running the installer from the link below:\ https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. After the update, activate Nitro PDF Pro 13 by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number, and then click Activate.
