Nitro PFD Pro says 'specified serial number does not exist'

Hi Nitro support,

After reinstalling the PC I had to reinstall Nitro PDF Pro v14. After requesting the serial number (504 number) from seller Cleverbridge and entering it, I keep getting the message that it does not exist. Reinstalling doesn't help. Logging in with my account doesn't help either. The number is without a problem accepted on the nitro website when 'submit a support ticket' and can then deactivate the already activated version that was previously installed. But reactivating is not possible in de desktop app. What to do now? I tried "*If the Licensing portal doesn't resolve your activation issue, please submit a support ticket", but then I get the same page again to deactivate an activation. I feel out of options.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

In checking your license purchase, I can see that you have a version 13 license. 

Please uninstall version 14 and then install version 13 using the installer from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

Once version 13 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 13 license.
