Stuck in expired trial mode after computer switch on business account

Hi,

I have been chasing Nitro for months about getting this sorted. I am going around in circles and can't get hold of a human to fix the issue. Extremely frustrating that I can't use something that is being paid for!!! Being told to input my activation key but this is a business accound and there is no key but an MSI file needs to be sent over!!! We are unable to forward the file from original setup, presumably for security reasons.
