Hi Support team,

I tried to lodge a support ticket but the site kept redirecting me to the knowledge base or community forum so I'm posting this here.

I'm a mortgage broker so I deal with high-risk personal data (such as loan applications). Given the current online security environment, I really need to have a higher level of protection for my account.

Can you please implement 2 factor authentication for account logins?

It needs to be with an authenticator app like Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator, not an SMS as those are higher risk.

I really love Nitro Sign and recommend it to people all the time, BUT without 2FA I'll need to change to another provider as the risk is simply too high. Can you imagine the sh*tstorm that would happen if my Nitro Sign account were breached and the hacker used it to get my clients to sign application forms and loan documents for an equity release loan of a few hundred thousand dollars with funds directed to the hackers bank account instead of the clients? It would be an absolute nightmare for everyone involved.

I know this topic has been raised a few times in the forum, but nobody has answered so far.

Since most if not all of your clients\users for Nitro Sign would be businesses handling some degree of high-risk data (nobody's paying for software to digitally sign a birthday card), I really believe this should be priority 1 for your development team.

In a recent poll in the Finance and Coffee facebook group (a group with thousands of mortgage brokers) the most common reason people gave for not using Nitro was the lack of 2FA for account logins. Fixing this issue will make you far more money than it costs.

The Nitro Sign portal at https://cloud.gonitro.com website does not support 2FA for logging in, but the Nitro Sign Premium (a different eSign product we offer) does support 2FA. For plan comparisons, please refer to https://www.gonitro.com/pricing#nitro-sign (Security & Trust section). 

You can add a post in our Product Improvement for Nitro Sign regarding the feature of 2FA for Nitro Sign Essentials or Advanced.

Nitrosign Premium is for 11 users or more.
Not likely to be affordable for small businesses.
