I am on Win 11

other programs do not have this issue that I have found.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

To further troubleshoot this issue, please refer to these steps:

1. Right-click on the Nitro shortcut
2. Click Properties
3. Click the Compatibility tab
4. Put a check in the "Override high DPI scaling behavior." and select "System (Enhanced)" from the drop-down box.
5. Click OK.

 

If the above steps did not help, could you please provide a screenshot to describe the issue?

Lastly, what build of Nitro PDF Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 14.XX.X.XX, e.g. 14.14.0.13)?
