In checking your serial number that ends with 9142, I can see that it is on 0/2 activations. There is no need to process a deactivation if the Number of Activation is at zero (0). You can proceed with installing the Nitro PDF Pro 13 on your computer and then activate using this serial number. If needed, the Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
