Unable to upgrade/update

I have Nitro PDF Pen Pro for Mac purchased from your website, version 13.2.1. I noticed on the Mac App Store, however, that there is newer version: 13.3.1.

However, trying to check for updates within the app, it reports no new updates. Also, when I tried entering my license key at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade, it would not accept it.

How can I update to the latest version available? Thanks.

Thanks. That worked. I now have 13.3.1 installed and it works. Though if I check for updates, it says that 13.2 is the latest version available. Perhaps something has gone wrong with the update check? Anyway, I have the latest version now. Thanks.
