How do you change the color with the drawing tool in PDF Pro 10?

I'm a huge advocate for more software products that are more difficult to use. I want to see THOUSANDS of confusing choices, no manuals to help, no customer support, because I enjoy struggling with stuff. I don't want to see a product with just "enough" tools, I want hundeds if not THOUSANDS of different choices that nobody knows how to use. THAT'S what will save America. 

Anyways....how do I do a simple thing like change the color of the drawing pen?

No, I'm using it on Win11 computer. Where do they have a user guide for Windows? And I'm not looking for strikethrough color but the pencil feature.
