Using an older version (v13) of Nitro Pro

Hi,

My org bought me a license for Nitro 13, but I now have Nitro 14 installed and cant use any functions because my trial has expired. Is there a way to continue using the old version for which I have a license?

To upgrade to version 14, kindly visit the following web page:
https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

On the web page, please enter your version serial number and follow the provided instructions to purchase the upgrade. This will enable you to obtain a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key along with the necessary installation files.

If you wish to keep using version 13, please uninstall Nitro Pro 14 from your machine first. 

And then get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.

after trying the above i still get installation wizard failure message !!!!
