JAMAL BEST Posted September 20, 2023 Report Share Posted September 20, 2023 I have been attempting to use the Optimize PDF feature but have been getting the following error: "The file could not be copied to the selected location." I have been using the "Reduce size" option with the default settings. I have tried moving the file to from Documents to Desktop, with no change. I have also tried on a different workstation, but same result. Below are the system specifications: Nitro Pro 13.53.3.1073 Windows 11 Pro 22H2 Has anyone encountered this issue before?
