IT Dooleys Posted September 21, 2023 Report Share Posted September 21, 2023 With a license we have for Nitro Pro, we had attempted to activate the license on a new computer but came across error -24: Activation Error and there does not appear to be a way to activate it manually via an activation certificate. To troubleshoot, we have deactivated the license on the previous computer but the issue persists and are unable to re-activate Nitro Pro again. Please advise on how to activate our Nitro Pro license.
