not successfull activation

Hi, few years ago i bought Nitro Pro 12.

I need to reinstall it, but activation terminate unsuccessfully with error -24. I already try to deactivate/activate the license thru the portal (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) with no luck.

License number is *************.

Please let me know if you need full license number for reactivation
