Auf der Webseite wird meine Seriennummer nicht akzeptiert. Auf meine Mail an den Support habe ich nur die Antwort bekommen, dass ich hier fragen soll. But license activation is not working. The serial number is 504************474. Can you please help me with the activation of Ver 14. Please be aware that your serial number 504************474 is a version 13 license and it can only activate Nitro PDF Pro 13. You will need to uninstall Nitro PDF Pro 14 and then install version 13 so you can activate using the serial number 504************474. After uninstalling Nitro PDF Pro 14, you can install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
