NitroPDF 13 printing blank pages

Does anyone know how to fix an issue with NitroPDF 13 that is printing blank pages? I have PDF that is multiple pages, I print only page 1 or pages 1-2, etc, but the printer prints out more than required pages and the rest would be blank pages.  I've tried this with Adobe PDF reader, there is no problem but it only happens with Nitro.  I've tried multiple PDF files and it's all the same issue with it.

I thought it was a printer driver issue but it works fine with Adobe, so it's not that.  Any help would be appreciated.

To further assist you, could you please provide the following?:

-What build of Nitro PDF Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.67.0.45) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features under the Version column. Sending over a screenshot of the 'About Nitro Pro' window will also help me understand what MSI version was used (Retail, Business, or Enterprise).

-Are you printing documents to a physical printer? If yes, what is the exact make/model of this device (e.g. Ricoh or Kyocera)?

-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you were aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?
