The activation code will not work with 14 and ive had to uninstall 14 and reinstall 13 to get it to work. Ive tried to upgrade to 14 via this link - https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade but i just get this message when inserting my new Nitro Pro serial number (We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.)
