Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Can you kindly provide the serial number you use to activate Nitro PDF Pro 14?
We need this information so we can check if it can activate version 14 or if it is an old license that needs an upgrade.

Kind regards,

Kind regards,

Nitro Pro is activated and works sometimes. I am receiving this message "

"0 days left Your trial has expired. Buy Nitro Sign Essentials to keep enjoying unlimited eSigning." I have only used eSigning once about a month ago. I have been using HP smart when I am at home. I have documents that have to be filed in the next six calendar days.

Please be aware that creating or signing up for a Nitro Sign account is free and it will trial the Essentials plan.
Nitro provides a 14-day trial (after sign-up) so users can experience the e-signing features of Nitro Sign Essentials. When the Nitro Sign Essentials trial period expires, you will have the option to continue by purchasing an annual subscription.

Kind regards,

Thank you.

I didn't know that the e-signing features were a subscription. Once I selected the subscription the e-signing worked with some issues. I was finally able to complete my tasks after a few tries.

I'm facing the same problem, when I activated the Activation number, error said that the Activation number is not exist.

I have de-activated the 1 of the license through support page.
Not sure if I should put my Actviation number here. is it secure ?

An activation issue will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate. Please check the version of your serial number using our license portal (link below):

https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

From the license portal, kindly take note of the version (the Nitro PDF Pro application installed on the computer must match this version).

To check which version is installed on the computer, launch Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
If the version does not match the license's version, please uninstall and then install the appropriate Nitro PDF Pro version.

The Nitro PDF Pro installer (versions 13 and 14) can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please download the version that matches your serial number.

Kind regards,
