Track One PM Posted September 25, 2023 Report Share Posted September 25, 2023 Hi, How can I control the name that appears on the stamp when I create a new custom stamp. For Example, in certain stamps, I want my company's name to appear instead of mine. My colleagues were also facing an issue where in the stamp, their name would not appear. When you create a customized stamp, you will see the option to show the Name, Date and Time. When this is checked, it will use the Login Name in the Identity section of Nitro PDF Pro Preferences. But if you fill in the Name field, the Stamp tool will start to use the name under that field instead of the Login name.
