Envio de archivos por correo o a carpeta de red

Buenos dias,

tengo una pregunta, cree un formulario el cual al terminar da la opcion de enviar, si coloco enviar por correo pues solo funciona si la persona tiene configurado un outlook en la maquina y no se si es posible hacer que en lugar de enviar por correo llegue directamente a un servidor, todo esto seria para hacerlo en una red interna, y tenemos el nitro pro 14.
