NONE OF THE ACIVATION SOLUTION IN THIS FORUM ARE WORKING FOR ME. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO HAVE A PHONE COVERSATION WITH SOMEONE AT NITRO?? The support case submission is available for Business and Enterprise customers that Nitro VIP Access. The Nitro VIP Access was offered before to Individual online customers, but no longer available. I understand that are experiencing an issue activating the software using your license. I can help you troubleshoot this issue once I have the following: 1. The error message you receive when attempting to activate Nitro PDF Pro. 2. The serial number you used to activate the software. 3. The version and complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro. This can be located when you launch the application and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro (example: Nitro PDF Pro y.x.x.x where y is the version while x.x.x. is the build).
