Testing Posted September 26, 2023 Report Share Posted September 26, 2023 we have 2 license's for Nitro Pro, we had attempted to activate the license on a new computer but came across error -24: Activation Error and there does not appear to be a way to activate it manually. We have deactivated the both licenses from the activation support page and it shows not activated devices but the issue persists and are unable to re-activate Nitro Pro again.
