David Govaker Posted September 28, 2023 Report Share Posted September 28, 2023 I purchased "Nitro Productivity Suite - Includes Nitro Pro for desktop PDF productivity and Nitro Cloud for unlimited eSignatures". Now I have pdfs (prepared with NitroPro) that I want to send via email for people to sign. I understand that I go to Nitro Sign to do that. When I try to log into Nitro Sign, it seems to tell me that I don't have access to getting eSignatures and/or you want me to buy more stuff to get that privilege. That's not what was advertised, and that's now what I bought. Please clear up any confusion ASAP so I can use the service I bought to send documents to others to have them esign ASAP!
