Upgrade to version 14 problems

I am currently a Nitro Pro 13.33.2.645 user with serial number from cleverbridge

504************107

I would like to upgrade to version 14 but the web page is telling me that it is not valid.

What should I do?

Please access our Upgrade Page again and then try to upgrade your serial number.

As per the earlier poster, I am having the same problem. I purchased your software via Cleverbridge, SN 504******308, and am being told that the serial number cannot be validated. I've been doing this while travelling and so also seem to have missed out on the upgrade offers.

I have a NitroPro 13 licence bought via Cleverbridge in October 2021, and have been trying to upgrade since receiving an upgrade offer email direct from Nitro in mid-September.

Your server says that my serial number is not recognised and so I can't upgrade. Help, please!
