When I try to submit a ticket, I'm asked for my Nitro serial number which I cannot find. How can I retrieve it? I have a copy of the invoice when i paid for Nitro, but that is all. Kindly provide the order reference number that can be found in your invoice receipt. You can also provide the email address you used to purchase the license. I have the email with my purchase receipt, but it doesn't include the serial number. My transaction ID is 7C************92H. Can you help me?
