License Upgrade and Multi-Device User Issues

Hello Nitro team,

I bought four Nitro Pro 13 licenses to demo this product as a replacement for Adobe in my organization. When attempting to upgrade these licenses, I get the following error: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." Looking for some help on this... thanks so much!

Also, I am running into issues with users (like myself) who use multiple devices (company laptop for mobile work and desktop at the office)... it isn't letting me use the same user license on both devices. As we have many employees that use multiple devices, it's no longer much of a cost savings if I have to buy multiple licenses for these individuals. Is there a way I can use my Nitro Pro licenses on 2 devices for one user?

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Please provide the version 13 licenses that you would like to upgrade to version 14 so we can troubleshoot the issue with the upgrade. 

Regarding the activation, Nitro PDF Pro purchases made through our online store, within gonitro.com, are allotted two activations on two separate personal computers.  Please refer here for more information about how many devices can the Nitro PDF Pro license be activated.

@Reymund Oyong Thanks for getting back to me on these issues. The Nitro Pro 13 licenses are:

504************393
504************896
504************028
504************534

Regarding the activations, I will give that another try, but when I tried registering my second device before it didn't work...

I have made the necessary adjustments to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing licenses to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
Please access our Upgrade Page again and then try to upgrade your serial numbers.
